DPO and Legal

The Quality Assurance and Compliance department collaborates closely with the Legal department and Data Protection Officer (DPO) across various facets of ensuring data protection and privacy compliance and performs the following tasks:

Crafts and assesses internal policies and procedures related to data protection and privacy compliance.
Conducts routine audits and assessments of internal systems and processes to identify areas of non-compliance.
Implements necessary corrective measures in coordination with the Legal department and DPO.
Identifies and evaluates potential risks associated with data protection and privacy, in collaboration with the Legal department and DPO.

Develops strategies and controls to mitigate these risks and ensure sustained compliance.
Supports the maintenance of comprehensive documentation of compliance endeavors, including audit findings, risk evaluations, and regulatory submissions.
